Delivery is free on every order to this destination.

Next-day delivery available on request for orders placed before 12:00 CET
No customs duties or import taxes — all Dutch orders ship domestically with VAT included.
- Delivery is free on every order shipped within the Netherlands — no minimum spend.
- Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.
- Parcels not collected from a PostNL point within 7 days are returned to us; re-shipping is charged at cost.

Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, and you can follow every order from your account dashboard. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email orders@reggenexlabs.com.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't locate the package, check with neighbours, building management or your local post office first. If it still hasn't turned up after 3 days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package and product and email us within 7 days of delivery at orders@reggenexlabs.com. We'll send a replacement at no charge. See our refund & returns policy for other cases.
